Full Stalk Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing technical solutions to developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications. You will work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and performance-focused frontend interfaces.
• Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Work with databases to design, manage, and optimize data structures and queries.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and external platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern and responsive user interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Perform application testing and contribute to improving software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding and development standards.
• Use Git and version-control practices for collaborative development.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving development processes.
• Assist with application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools or approaches when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of professional or relevant project experience in full-stack development.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with at least one backend technology such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and common web security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Express.js, Laravel, Django, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of basic DevOps practices.
• Experience working with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar platforms.
